Activating table and config changes is described in OSS note 1916

Finding Changes to Table objects

Pre-Requisites

  1. Table needs to have the “Log Data Changes” flag set on. To do this go to SE11 -> [TABLENAME] -> Display -> Technical Settings.
    NB: Only do this for those tables that you would want to track. It has a performance impact

  2. Apply parameter change as described in note 1916

Procedure:

  1. SM30 -> [TABLENAME] -> Maintain
  2. Utilities -> Change Logs
  1. Ensure date range is in the timeframe you wish -> Execute

Finding Changes to Configuration objects

Procedure:

  1. SPRO -> Go to your place in the IMG where the Config is maintained
  2. Right click the entry -> Display Change Log
  1. Ensure date range is the timeframe you want and execute

PS: SCU3 is the transaction to get to the logs if you know the objects already
