On a couple of occasions we have experienced issues where our BPM is not behaving correctly, yet the config and repository objects look correct....
What we did to correct this was to try the following:
Transaction SXI_CACHE
Clear cache
Check that the return code on your integration process is 0 and not 99. If it's 99 then double click the IP and resolve the issues
Lastly, this does the trick - Reactivate the IP even though it says that it's active. Ours even told us that it was locked so we had to delete the entry from the lock table (SM12) before activating it
